Order and payments

How to get a ticket?
If you choose the cash payment option, the tickets will be delivered within 2-5 days. The courier will call you in advance.
In the case of online purchases, tickets are sent to the e-mail address specified by you during purchase.
How to pay for the ticket?
When buying tickets online, payment is made by credit card, and when ordering delivery - in cash at the time of delivery.
Can I book tickets by phone?

To order your tickets by phone, you can call 099 955 225 or 077 905 059, Mon-Fri, 09:00 - 18:00.

How to pay for the order?
In the case of online purchases, tickets are sent to the e-mail address specified by you in the form of a QR code.
Why can't I order delivery?

If there are less than 3 days left before the event, you can buy tickets exclusively online.

How long is my reservation valid?

Ticket reservations are kept for 5 days․ If during this time the ticket is not purchased with one of the ways, the order will be canceled without any notice.

I made the order, but did not receive an e-mail notification letter, what should I do?

Once you have paid for the order a notification letter is immediately sent to your email. If the letter does not come, check the "Spam" or "Junk Mail" folder. It may also be that you entered the wrong e-mail address, in that case:

  • Write us a message on Facebook or Instagram
  • Send your payment receipt to support@tiketon.am, with "Payment problem" subject line.

Also, your tickets are always available in the “My Orders” section.

How to get purchased tickets?
The order can be canceled no later than a week before the event. If you bought a ticket in cash, you must present a cashier's check.
In case of partial return of tickets purchased online, 2% of the cost of the returned ticket is charged.
I could not get to the event. Will you return the money?

Regardless of the reason why you did not get to the event, your tickets are canceled and the money for them is non-refundable.

Additional Information

What will happen to my ticket if the event is canceled?

In case of cancellation of the event, our operators will inform you about it, and the full price of the ticket will be refunded.
Can I get more information about the event by phone?
The website provides the most complete information about the event. You can find full description on the event page such as: dates and times, halls schemes and descriptions, events addresses, the number of available seats and the tickets cost.


How to know in advance about new events on the site?
Every week we make a mailing list with new events. You will receive notifications automatically if you are registered on the site. Unregistered users can subscribe to the mailing list in the Subscribe section.
