On September 9, at the Aram Khachaturian Concert Hall, the Armenian State Symphony Orchestra will launch its 21st concert season as part of the 10th “Armenia” International Music Festival.

The opening concert will begin with Tchaikovsky’s Piano Concerto No. 1, performed by world-renowned pianist Behzod Abduraimov.

The second part of the evening will feature Stravinsky’s The Firebird Suite, accompanied by vibrant rhythms and colorful visuals projected onto the walls of the concert hall.

- Pyotr Tchaikovsky: Piano Concerto No. 1 in B-flat minor, Op. 23 (33 min);

Intermission

- Leonard Bernstein: Overture to Candide (5 min);

- Manuel de Falla: Ritual Fire Dance from the ballet The Bewitched Love (4 min);

- Igor Stravinsky: The Firebird Suite, 1919 version (23 min).
