Concert Refund Policy

1. Ticket Purchase
Confirmation:

All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable unless the concert is canceled or rescheduled.

2. Cancellation:

If the concert is canceled, ticket holders will receive a full refund of the ticket price. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation announcement.

3. Rescheduling:

If the concert is rescheduled, all tickets will be valid for the new date. If the new date is not suitable, ticket holders may request a refund. Requests for refunds due to rescheduling must be made within 15 days of the new date announcement.

4. Refund Requests:

    with your order number and ticket details.
     Refunds
  • will be calculated as follows:

by November 20th: Ticket Price - (30% of Ticket Price)

      from November 21st  to November 27th: Ticket Price - (50% of Ticket Price)

from November 28th: no refund ⁠

5. No Refunds for Unused Tickets:

Refunds will not be provided for tickets that are not used, including no-shows on the concert date.

6. Changes to the Refund Policy:

The HAYA Festival reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to ticket holders and posted on the ticketing platform website.
