New program √☀ (“Square Root of the Sun”) + all-time Aquarium classics, as well as the premiere of brand new songs.

Boris Grebenshchikov, one of the main symbols of Russian rock music, is once again going on tour with the BG+ collective (which is temporarily replacing Aquarium, which ceased to exist with the start of the war in Ukraine), and will present his new concert program with the mysterious title √☀ (“Square Root of the Sun”), which includes songs from three BG mini-albums from recent years, Aquarium classics, and brand new material.

Each of Grebenshchikov's concerts is more than just a performance. It is a journey through musical worlds, featuring both legendary Aquarium songs that have become the soundtrack for several generations, and completely new compositions filled with tragedy, fresh poetry, subtle irony, and the inimitable spirit of BG.

BG+ is a compact group of musicians with whom BG has been recording albums and performing for the last three years. Together they create a chamber-like, lively, and yet rich sound—without unnecessary pathos, as close as possible in spirit to the classic Aquarium.
